Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for a change of mind, but we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note on goods if they are returned to us in original unused re-saleable condition within 14 days of purchase on presentation of the purchase receipt and a completed Return Form.
Any items that are faulty, were damaged in transit or were not as ordered can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange or credit note but will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt. and a completed Return Form. Should you require a Return Form you can email us at sales@discoveries.co.nz and we can send you a copy or call us on +64 9 2727141 and we will mail or fax you a copy.
Where a refund is requested and approved, we will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery charges (unless all the goods were faulty, damaged in transit, or not as ordered). Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail.
